Some years ago I was diagnosed with Multiple Serosis. My life changed in that moment. I was a Professor in a University and because my symptoms were so great, it was not long before I was made to retire. From that moment on, I have sought to find ways to decrease it’s progression.

Lately I have read of the values of Vitalins A and D. As I take high doses of Vitamin D, I didn’t want to begin taking high doeses of Vit. A. I have been researching the Internet for foods -vegetables and fruits that my husband and I could eat with these two vitamins in them. What I found for Vitamin A is that yellow/orange vegetables, greens and mushrooms fall into thT category. Are there any other foods with either of these two Vitamins in them?

    Thank you
